We do not hold stocks of our games, although there may be a copy or two lying around. Instead, they are manufactured on demand. To buy one of our products: 1) Contact us and place your order. You may pay immediately or wait until your game is ready. 2) When the items are ready we'll contact you. If the items have been paid for they will also be shipped on the first available business day. 3) If the items are ready and you have not yet paid, you'll be notified as usual, but we won't ship until payment is received. We will do everything we can to get the product out to you as quickly as possible, but please remember this company is not our primary employment, nor do we have employees to slave for us. *This page is under revision,

information may be out of date, so best to contact us directly to confirm. Ordering At the moment you can order games by contacting RSG directly by phone, letter, or email (sorry no faxes). Contact information is listed on the home page. When ordering, please provide the following information: 1) The name and quantity of the items you want. All prices are in US dollars. 2) Your complete mailing address (and billing address if different). 3) An email address and phone number (the last is optional). 4) How you intend to pay (IMO, Cashier's Cheque, or PayPal - see below). We will then contact you to confirm your order. When your payment has been received we will contact you again with the date of shipment. Shipping
& Handling Since they vary widely, shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. Rather than compute shipping on an individual basis for small quantities, we charge a flat rate. All
rates are in US dollars. Rates include insurance. BC residents add 7 % sales tax. Ziplock (single items only):

Important note on shipping rates. Cost is determined primarily by the size of the package. This allows some additional items to be shipped at no extra charge. Specifically, we can ship pairs of Ziplock and Boxed items (1 for 1) at no additional charge for the Ziplock items. For cross border and international orders we cannot guarantee that you will not pay duty as too much depends on whether the customs agent is having a good day or not. If you are concerned about
using the regular postal service, we are prepared to employ courier services. Payment Options Cashier's cheques or money orders in US funds are both acceptable, payable to Ian Weir (not Red Sash Games!) and sent to the RSG mailing address. For customers outside of Canada, if you buy a money order, please make sure it is an International one, not a local postal order, as the latter are not easily negotiable in foreign countries like Canada! Thank you. Yes, Canadian customers can pay in Canadian funds, based on the US dollar's price at the time of the negotiation of the sale. We also have PayPal for credit card orders (which is a great option by the way and is now open to international customers), payable to icweir@shaw.ca. We cannot accept credit cards directly. If you use PayPal, please be sure to enter all the information correctly. Also, please be sure to email us directly, when you make a payment, for confirmation. Updates
and Replacement Parts It is possible to receive replacement parts and
updates. When you contact us, please state the item(s) you wish replaced.
Some of the items may be small enough data-wise to email to you for free -
you can then print them out yourself. If the item can be mailed cheaply
enough we'll foot the cost of a stamp. Otherwise you're going to pay
shipping. To receive updates you must be on the RSG mailing list, or you can
